The process has now changed for making a booking on a generic club or coach education course. The new system allows online payments to be made via Paypal or Card - hopefully this should make your booking quicker, easier and more secure, and of course more environmentally friendly not having to deal with paper booking forms and cheques.
1. Choose the course that you wish to attend (you can view all the courses from the website homepages under 'Training & Courses > Generic Club and Coach Courses')
2. Log into your Coaching Beds and Luton account. If you aren't already logged on, it will prompt you to do this before you can book and pay for your course.
3. If you haven't yet registered on the Coaching Beds and Luton site, please do so. You will only be required to complete the first two pages of registration (this should take no longer than 2-3 minutes).
4. Once registered and logged into your account, please follow the 'Book a Course?' pages to make your booking. Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email and will have reserved a place on the course.
We strongly recommend that you pay for your course place online via Card or Paypal - this is quicker and more secure. If an individual is having their attendance paid for we would suggest either an organisations card is used or the individual pays for the course and is then reimbursed via the automatic receipt that is sent to their email account.
If you are unable to pay via Card or Paypal, then we will still accept a cheque. Once you have booked your place, do not continue with the online payment, but instead send a cheque made payable to ' Active Luton' to the following address: team BEDS&LUTON Wigmore Hall, Eaton Green Road, Luton. LU2 9JB. Please ensure that you write your name and the title of the course that you wish to attend on the reverse of the cheque.
NOTE: In all cases, payment must be received at least 10 days before the date of the course. Failure to provide payment may result in your place on the course being lost.
Yes. Although the site is primarily aimed at sport coaches, the process for booking a course is exactly the same for whether you are a coach or a club representative. You need only complete the first two pages of registration, which simply collects the basic information that we need to be able to reserve you a place on the course.
Although we strongly recommend that you register on the site, should you wish not to, then the alternative option for booking your place on the course would be to complete a hard copy booking form and send in a cheque payment. To download a hard copy booking form, please CLICK HERE.
To cancel your place on a course please contact team BEDS&LUTON on 01582 813760 or e-mail admin@teambedsandluton.co.uk.
By booking onto a course with team BEDS&LUTON you agree that if you cancel your place giving at least 28 days notice, tB&L will refund 100% of the cost. If the cancellation is made between 10 – 28 days of the course commencement, tB&L will refund 50% of the cost. If you cancel your place on a course within 10 days of the course date, you agree to receive no refund and tB&L will keep 100% of your payment to cover costs incurred.
A full refund will be provided if the course that you have booked and paid for, is cancelled by team BEDS&LUTON prior to commencement.
